The day before we open the early prep signing window, 19 of the top 386 recruits in the class of 2024 remain uncommitted on the Hall of Football/NFLDraftScout.com ratings.

See Hall of Football's latest ratings form the 2024 Class here.

With the decision of WR Ryan Williams (No. 8 overall, No. 3 WR), who was third overall in 2025, to reclassify into 2024 and go with Alabama in February, The Tide leads the way with three, five-star players — CB Jaylen Mbakwe (No. 25 overall, No. 2 ATH, QB Julian Sayin (No. 4 overall, No. 1  QB) and Williams.

After losing quarterback Dylan Raiola (No. 7 overall, No. 2 QB) to Nebraska Monday, Georgia still has quite a huddle of recruits — CB Ellis Robinson IV (No. 3 overall, No. 1 CB), LB Justin Williams (No. 11 overall, No. 1 LB) along with Williams' Oak Grove teammate (Conroe, TX) defensive lineman Joseph Jonah-Ajonye (No. 35 overall, No. 5 DL).

Auburn is doing well with three recruits in out top 100 — LB Demarcus Riddick (No. 30 over all, No. 3L LB), 6-3, 205-pound WR Perry Thompson (No. 37 overall, No. 10 WR), and edge defender Jamonta Waller (No. 66 overall, No. 7 EDGE). The Tigers flipped Cam Coleman (Dec. 1) and Waller (Nov. 11) from Texas A&M and Florida, respectively.

DE Williams Nwaneri (No. 2 overall, No. 1 EDGE) is the highest-ranked defensive lineman to sign with Missouri since Terry Beckner Jr. in 2015.

WR Micah Hudson (No. 6 overall, No. 2 WR) will become the highest-ranked player ever to sign with Texas Tech.

LB/EDGE Dylan Stewart (No. 14 overall, No. 3 EDGE) would be South Carolina's first five-star recruit since defensive end Jordan Burch in 2020.

Offensive tackle Jordan Seaton (No. 15 overall, No. 3 OT) becomes the highest-ranked offensive lineman ever to sign with Colorado. Can we hear an "amen" from Buffs quarterback Shedeur Sanders, who was sacked 52 times this season?

Sayin, No. 4 overall and No. 1 QB, was ranked behind Raiola and DJ Lagway (No. 21 overall, No.. 3 QB) to begin the 2024 rankings. He climbed into the top 10 overall by April. His final season at Carlsbad (Calif.) High School included 2,369 passing yards with 24 touchdowns and one interception in 10 games.

Meanwhile, Dylan Raiola, the son of former Nebraska Cornhuskers and Detroit Lions center Dominic Raiola, was the top-ranked player in the class in our first ratings this year. He gained a lot of virtual mileage both in four high schools and three college commits. He initially committed to Ryan Day and the Ohio State Buckeyes in May 2022 before reopening things last December. Following a move from Arizona to Georgia, he jumped to Kirby Smart and Georgia on May 15. Last weekend, he took an official visit to Nebraska — where his uncle, Donovan, is currently the offensive line coach on Matt Rhule's staff — and followed that with a commitment to Nebraska on Monday.

Raiola finished his high school career at Buford (Georgia) High School with 2,666 passing yards, 34 TDs and one interception in 13 games this fall.

Lagway has been in the top 20 the entire time and committed — and stuck — with Billy Napier and the Florida Gators on Dec. 7, 2022. He may have had the best senior season of the top three quarterbacks. In 13 games for Willis (Texas) High School, Lagway threw for 4,604 yards and 58 touchdowns, while rushing for 957 yards and 16 scores.

Here are the uncommited recruits in the Hall of Football / NFLDraftScout.com top 386 as the early signing window opens Dec. 20.
