By Nick Daschel | The Oregonian/OregonLive Oregon State received a huge boost to its 2024 offense Saturday when left tackle Joshua Gray announced that he’s returning for his sixth season in Corvallis. The 6-foot-4, 304-pound Gray was considering the NFL draft, but ultimately decided to return to OSU. Gray didn’t have to declare for the draft by the Jan.
15 deadline because he’s already logged five years in college. Gray returns as Oregon State’s most veteran player in 2024, as he started 44 consecutive games before a foot injury knocked him out of the 2023 regular season finale against Oregon. Gray also didn’t play in the Sun Bowl.
Gray has landed on the all-Pac-12 team four times, including the second team twice. Gray was one of OSU’s team captains in 2023. Gray, running back Damien Martinez and tight end Jermaine Terry II are the only returning starters on offense next season.
