By James Crepea | The Oregonian/OregonLive Former Oregon offensive lineman Ryan Walk has returned to Eugene. Walk, who started 28 games for Oregon from 2020-22 and appeared in 10 others earlier in his career, has returned to UO as an offensive graduate assistant working with the offensive line. He went undrafted last year and accepted an invite to rookie minicamp with the Jacksonville Jaguars, then spent last season as an analyst at Miami.
Walk replaces Cutter Leftwich, who left to become the offensive line coach at North Texas. A Eugene native, Walk attended Sheldon High School and began his college career as a walk-on and later earned a scholarship. He played 1,637 snaps (824 at right guard, 499 at center, 303 at left guard, 11 at right tackle) over his six-year career.
