North Texas picked up a commitment from Sugar Land Dulles tight end Victor Aderungboye on Sunday night.
Aderungboye announced his decision on his Twitter account.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound senior caught 24 passes for 455 yards and six touchdowns last season and saw his recruiting process take off this spring.

UNT offered Aderungboye a scholarship on March 7. He also holds offers from Texas State, Louisiana and Incarnate Word.
Aderungboye was a first-team All-District 20-6A selection last season. Dave Campbell's Texas Football rates Aderungboye as a three-star prospect.
He was also named the tight end MVP at the Next Level Athlete Texas Top 100 Showcase in Houston in January.
UNT has loaded up on tight ends in its 2024 recruiting class. The Mean Green previously picked up commitments from Brandon Young Jr. of Mansfield Legacy and Luke Carter of Katy.
Both Young and Carter are traditional tight ends who weigh more than 240 pounds. UNT also picked up a commitment from Humble Kingwood's Tyler Harrington, who is more of a hybrid wide receiver/tight end.
Harrington said when he committed that UNT plans to use him in the slot and even as a running back to create matchup problems for opponents in the passing game.
UNT was hit hard by attrition at tight end after last season. Jake Roberts (Baylor), Var'Keyes Gumms (Arkansas) and Asher Alberding (Cal) all transferred.
The Mean Green currently have just five tight ends on their roster, including Christian Lee and Josh Smith.
Lee and Smith were UNT's top two players at the position coming out of spring practice. Lee will be a junior this fall and will be entering his senior season when Aderungboye joins the Mean Green.
