Three Football Players Named to Lindy's Preseason All-MAC Team

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Three Central Michigan football players—senior Robi Stuart (First Team), senior offensive lineman Deiyantei Powell-Woods (Second Team), and defensive back Donte Kent (Second Team)—were named to Lindy's Magazine Preseason All-Mid-American Conference team, the publication announced. A complete list of Lindy's preseason All-MAC team is posted in the magazine. All three players are consensus preseason All-MAC honorees as all three have been named to every publication's team. Next week, Central Michigan will travel to Detroit to take part in the 2023 Mid-American Conference Football Media Day, scheduled for July 19-20 at the historic Fox Theater. Central Michigan and the Mid-American Conference announced kickoff times and television designations for eight of CMU's 12 games last week. Four Chippewas contests are still to be announced. 2023 Central Michigan Football season tickets are on sale now. Practice details will be announced later in July.
