Coach Tom Allen knows, but he isn't telling. It will be Brendan Sorsby or Tayven Jackson, and either one will be the youngest IU starter named at that position since Michael Penix in 2019.
Jaylin Lucas is a player to watch
The sophomore had some electrifying kick returns last season, and he will contribute more on offense this season. Lucas averaged 11.2 touches and 131.4 yards from scrimmage in the final five games of 2022.

Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr. is a player to watch
The son of the Indianapolis Colts legend is considered the nation's best receiver, coming off a season in which he had 77 receptions for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns.
"He's taught me pretty much everything I know ‒ more so the mentality of the game and how to approach the game," the younger Harrison said of his father. "I try to work as hard as he did. He obviously set the bar very high, and I have big shoes to fill, but I'm trying to get there."
