Tallied 78 tackles, including two for loss, six interceptions, 23 pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery as a senior cornerback
Had 25 tackles, eight pass breakups and two interceptions in junior season
Earned three letters for the Skeeters in football
Started prep career as a running back, where he averaged 3.9 yards per rush as a sophomore for Mesquite's state semifinalist squad before moving into the Skeeters' secondary his final two seasons
Also lettered twice in basketball
A-B honor roll student throughout high school career
