Ran three times for 14 yards and caught two passes in the team’s season-opening victory over Louisville (9/3) ... Ran seven times for 10 yards at UConn (9/10) ... Caught one pass for seven yards against Virginia (9/23) ... Set a career high with 112 rushing yards, including a 90-yard run - the longest by a Syracuse player since George Davis’ 95-yard run vs. Fordham in 1949 - and scored his first collegiate touchdown vs. Wagner (10/1) ... HIGH SCHOOL: Named the Gatorade New Jersey Football Player of the Year … In 2021, Allen ran for 1,903 yards on 229 carries (8.3 avg.) and 26 touchdowns. He also caught 17 passes for 277 yards and three touchdowns at Millville for head coach Dennis Thomas … Rated three stars by 247 Sports and Rivals … Ranked as the No. 9 prospect out of the state of New Jersey … He was also a standout DB at Millville, collecting a team-leading 131 tackles to go along with seven tackles for loss, four pass defenses, five interceptions, a sack and three forced fumbles … Led Millville to a 12-1 record and the 2021 South-Central Group 4 sectional and regional titles … South Jersey Offensive Player of the Year …  Earned The Press and Carrier Post Football Player of the Year accolades … USA Today First Team All-State … First Team All-South Jersey … Two-time team captain … Also played baseball.
